Using the service

You may use Exact Pixel Color for lawful personal or commercial work. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any image you open in the tool.

Accuracy

Results are provided as practical browser-based estimates. Color appearance and conversion can vary because of display calibration, browser color management, embedded profiles and print-production conditions. Verify critical brand, accessibility and print decisions with appropriate professional tools.

Availability

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product improves.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer for abuse, or use the service in a way that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
